Hello, my name is Rachel (she/her) and I am the designer of everything you see here, aspiring silversmith, stone setter, photographer, customer service- all of the things. I am a full-time artist in my home studio located in central Kentucky. 

Unpolished Jewelry is a product of the journey I'm on in this crazy life learning to love the shit out of myself. So I create badass jewelry that breaches the code of perfection. I am inspired when I see beauty and worth coexisting with imperfection... in the world, in others and in myself. 

I guess for some, jewelry should be fancy. That is not my intention. My creative energy is passionate about the disconnect between our obsession with perfection and the beauty of our shared humanity.  I hope that my work inspires noticing worth without the prerequisite of flawlessness.
