DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping within the United States is now complimentary. For your peace of mind and the safety of your new jewelry, all purchases are fully insured. Items under $500 ship USPS priority. Expect 3-5 days transit time. Once your purchase ships, you will recieve a tracking number. In-stock items usually ship within 3 business days. If there is an exception, you will be contacted with an updated delivery date. For made-to-order pieces, please expect 3-6 weeks before shipping for your jewelry to be crafted. Rush shipping can usually be accommodated and additional charges of $40 for overnight and $60 for Saturday delivery apply. Please make rush requests by contacting me prior to ordering to ensure that your delivery date can be met. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Please expect longer shipping times for any orders going to Hawaii or Alaska.
***Due to COVID-19, USPS may be experiencing delayed shipping times, and packages may take an additional 5-7 days for shipment or arrival.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping via Priority Mail International is $85. For your peace of mind and the safety of your new jewelry, international purchases are fully insured and require a signature at the time of delivery. Once your purchase ships, you will recieve a tracking number. Please note that customs may delay packages by a few days or in some cases, weeks. I cannot control customs delays or import duties. You will be responsible for paying any taxes or duties upon import. If fees occur, you will be contacted by the shipping company for payment before delivery. For details, please refer to your local customs office.

SALES TAX
For orders shipped to the state Kentucky, applicable sales tax will apply.
ONLINE PURCHASES
I want you to love everything about your jewelry. If need adjustments or alterations check out my REPAIR AND ALTERATIONS policy page then contact me at rachel@unpolishedjewelry.com. I will be happy to sort out any issues you may have. I also understand that sometimes you need to try on jewelry to fall in love with it or realize it just doesn't work for you. For this reason I offer two options for returning elidgable online purchases.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange your jewelry for FREE by contacting me rachel@unpolishedjewelry.com for an exchange authorization and prepaid return shipping lable within 10 days from the delivery date. The item(s) must be shipped according to the exchange instructions within 7 days of receiving the exchange authorization. Your exchange will be issued as an online gift card. Items eligible for exchange include any unused/unworn ready to ship items. Custom pieces as well as items that have been altered or resized at the request of the customer are final sales and are not eligible for exchange or return.
***All jewelry sent back for exchange or return must be in unworn, unaltered, and original condition and returned in original packaging. Any jewelry that appears worn or damaged will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns:
You may return your jewelry by contacting me rachel@unpolishedjewelry.com for return authorization within 30 days from the delivery date and will receive return instructions by email. The piece(s) must be shipped according to the return instructions within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. Shipping fees from the studio are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the refund amount. Your refund will be credited back to you via your method of payment at purchase. Items eligible for return include any unused/unworn ready to ship items. Custom pieces as well as items that have been altered or resized at the request of the customer are final sales and are not eligible for exchange or return.

IN-PERSON PURCHASES
Elidgable purchases made in-person at an event may be exchanged for credit only and must be returned to the studio within 10 days of purchase.You may exchange your jewelry by contacting me rachel@unpolishedjewelry.com for exchange authorization. You will receive return instructions by email. The item(s) must be shipped according to the exchange instructions within 7 days of receiving the exchange authorization. Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping. Your exchange will be issued as online gift card. Custom orders as well as items that have been altered or resized at the request of the customer are final sales and are not eligible for exchange.
